Host · Welcome, family care & stays

People should feel expected.

Host is how Biyashara looks after people once they arrive: personal welcome and local support, relocation, diaspora and family connection, the Stay Collection, and HostLink for hotels, lodges and travel partners.

We distinguish the traveller, the payer and the people allowed to receive updates, so families abroad get visibility while travellers keep their privacy.

How it connects

A homecoming, step by step.

Questions

Host questions.

Can I book a pickup for my parents or relatives from abroad?

Yes. You book and pay from wherever you are, and we send you WhatsApp updates at each step: driver on the way, passenger collected, arrived. Tell us about anything they need, such as help with walking or extra time.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer or mobile money, with a receipt every time. Family and companies paying from abroad can pay remotely. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly. The payment options for your booking are listed on your quote.

Can you help travellers with limited mobility?

Yes. Tell us exactly what support is needed (steps, wheelchair, extra time) and we confirm the right vehicle and help in writing. We will tell you honestly if something is not possible.

We run a hotel, lodge or travel agency. Can we work together?

Yes. Partners get a dedicated booking contact for guest airport pickups, transfers and tours, agreed partner rates and monthly invoicing. See partners or email bookings@biyashara.online.
