How accounts work
We agree your rates, approved bookers and payment terms once. After that, anyone on your list books by WhatsApp or email and gets a written confirmation. At month-end you receive one invoice with every trip itemised.

Questions
Your company names the people who can book. Each trip is booked on WhatsApp or by email, and at month-end you receive one itemised invoice listing every trip: date, passenger, route and vehicle. Payment terms are agreed with each account.
By bank transfer or mobile money, with a receipt every time. Family and companies paying from abroad can pay remotely. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly. The payment options for your booking are listed on your quote.
Yes. A half day (up to 5 hours) starts from K2,000 and a full day (up to 10 hours) from K3,400, with a driver and fuel in town. Shorter bookings start at 3 hours, and multi-day hire is priced per day, including trips out of Lusaka.
Before every pre-booked pickup you receive your driver's name, phone number and vehicle details on WhatsApp. You can also read what passengers say about our drivers in our Google reviews.
Message or call us straight away on +260 770 057 437. If a confirmed vehicle or driver becomes unavailable, we send an equivalent or better replacement and tell you before the trip wherever possible. If we fail to deliver a confirmed service, you are refunded for it.
