What is a Journey Owner?
A named person at Biyashara who holds the complete picture of your trip. Drivers, hosts, stays, guides and specialists receive the instructions for their part; you get one coherent itinerary and one contact for changes. When plans change, your Journey Owner explains the options, records your approval and keeps the matter open until it is resolved.
What are the Five Assurances?
Five promises, each with something you can check: Response (every enquiry answered in writing), Identity (driver and vehicle details before pickup), Price (the written price is the price you pay), Arrival (delays communicated before they become a missed pickup) and Recovery (a replacement or refund if a confirmed service fails). Before airport, executive and multi-day trips you also receive a Biyashara Ready message confirming the vehicle, driver, route and your requests have been checked.
How do I book?
Send your route, date, time and number of passengers on WhatsApp (+260 770 057 437), by email to bookings@biyashara.online, or with the quote form on any page. We reply with a fixed price in writing. Once you accept it, the booking is confirmed and your driver's details follow before pickup.
What do the "from" prices mean?
They are starting prices in Zambian kwacha: a Lusaka airport transfer in a Standard sedan from K1,150, a chauffeur half day (up to 5 hours) from K2,000 and a full day (up to 10 hours) from K3,400. Every product shows its own starting price on our price list. Your exact price depends on the route, time, vehicle and waiting, and is confirmed in writing before you pay.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or mobile money, with a receipt every time. Family and companies paying from abroad can pay remotely. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly. The payment options for your booking are listed on your quote.
