Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula International Airport is just outside Livingstone. Town is minutes away, the hotels near Victoria Falls are usually 15 to 25 minutes, and lodges along the upper Zambezi a little further.

What if my flight is delayed?
Send us your flight number and we follow it. If you land early or late, your driver is re-timed to your actual arrival. If you are held up for a long time inside the terminal, message us on WhatsApp so we can keep your driver informed.
Where will my driver meet me?
In the public arrivals area, holding a board with your name. Your driver's name and phone number are sent to you on WhatsApp before you land, so you know exactly who is waiting.
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your nationality, and rules change. Check with the Zambia Department of Immigration before you travel. Many visitors use the KAZA Univisa, which covers Zambia and Zimbabwe and day trips into Botswana through Kazungula.
Can I get a child seat or room for lots of luggage?
Yes. Tell us when you book. We match the vehicle to your passengers and bags (sedan, SUV, executive car or minibus) and confirm child seats in writing.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or mobile money, with a receipt every time. Family and companies paying from abroad can pay remotely. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly. The payment options for your booking are listed on your quote.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes. Tell us as early as you can. Cancellation terms are given in writing before you pay and depend on what has already been committed to suppliers. See our booking terms.
